Hey, Ayman! Let us know what your role is here at Vision Teaching…
I’m the consultant for primary West and branch lead for Essex, supporting schools in these areas with their staffing needs on a supply and long term basis.
What advice would you give someone starting their career in recruitment?
It’s really important to get stuck in early, be open minded to learn and develop from those who are more experienced. Recruitment can be challenging but highly rewarding in many ways, the more you put into the role the more you will get out of it.
How would your friends describe you?
Hard working, honest and a team player.
What three items couldn’t you live without?
My Phone, my Xbox and my car!
What made you join the team at VT?
What led me to join vision was the company culture, it’s a very work hard / play hard environment. Working alongside very experienced consultants supported my development further. Despite the hard work, it’s well celebrated with great company incentives such as enjoying the best restaurants in London and holidays abroad under the companies expense!
You in three words…
Transparent, determined, winner
Interesting fact?
Other than recruitment I run a YouTube channel with my partner, which started as a hobby over the lockdown period but now has turned into quite a success!
