- About us
Having worked in education recruitment for more than 14 years – I am incredibly proud of the way our staff strive for excellence both for the schools we supply and the candidates who represent us.
We have a great team of achievers and the desire to continually improve.
Education staffing is under incredible pressure and our ability to handle that pressure is a product of our values.
In my spare time I enjoy a lot of cricket and watching England struggle on the sporting field. Shame about CWC19!
Over our twelve-year history we have seen a lot of change within the education market. I am proud of how we have adapted and accommodated in these times, continuing to support our educators and partner schools.
People are the heart of our business. With great teamwork and a lot of fun, every day’s enjoyable and brings something new. Thanks to the efforts of our people and candidates we have been able to supply a wider area of schools, growing in knowledge allowing us to deliver on our promise of a first rate service.
Our ambitions for the future are big, we aim to redraw the lines within education recruitment and remove some of that negative stigma agencies have.
Based in the city, we hope everyone feels welcome to stop by for a drink and a chat.
I love working with schools! Aged 19, I walked into an Education Recruitment branch in Croydon and asked for a job as a consultant….and luckily they said yes! I’m still working within Education Recruitment over 20 years later, which is really scary when I think about it…
Outside of work, I’m an AFC Wimbledon fan and I have a passion for sport in general; I’ll play or watch anything competitive to the point my family refuse to go bowling with me!! I love spending quality time with my daughter and squeezing in a great holiday in the sun (when I can)!
Experienced education recruiter, supporting marketing, CPD & training and community work at Vision. Partnering with teachers to help develop their careers in London schools.

I have worked in recruitment for 9 years, both on the resource and also on the consulting side but I quickly figured out that the candidate side is where my true passion in recruitment lies.
I have been at Vision Teaching for over 7 years now and one of the great things about my job is that I have met teachers and support staff who have come on board with us who I now consider friends!
I am of Jamaican & Irish descent but London born and raised.
I absolutely love the multicultural diversity in London and love that our schools are reflective of this.

I made a random career change 4 years ago and have not looked back!
I have used my experience and life skills to build a very successful desk. I am tenacious, dependable and a man of my word.
My open and honest personality has really enabled me to build fantastic relationships with both my candidates and schools.
I am not your ordinary, run of the mill type of guy. My colleagues would say that I am fun, cheeky and very inquisitive!
I love my job and would actually count myself lucky to work for a company like Vision!

I have worked in the recruitment industry now for 15 years and 6 of those years have been in Education recruitment.
I specialise working with Primary schools in Haringey and Barnet and love placing Teachers and Teaching Assistants into schools and giving something back to the sector. I have built up some great relationships with both clients and candidates over the years and I after earning their trust I can count some as true friends.
Away from the hustle and bustle of recruitment I love watching and playing football although that has been cut down due to the birth of my lovely daughter – I wouldn’t have it any other way!!!

I have been working in Education Recruitment since 2016. Prior to this I worked in the leisure industry and have been fortunate enough to spend some time living in both the Netherlands and Dubai. I work with Primary schools based in Southwest London and have been doing so since I made the leap into Education Recruitment. I have built up one-of-a-kind relationships with both schools and candidates, I pride myself on the high level of service that I provide and I really dig deep to support my schools in the best possible way! When I am not placing candidates and supporting schools, you will normally find me at The Den on a Saturday afternoon or doing a spot of Fishing.

In my spare time you’ll find me enjoying time with my young son or kicking a football around for my 5-a-side team.
I thoroughly enjoy working within Education and would not change it for anything!

I am a Londoner born and bred and love everything about my city! I went to primary school in Brent, attended secondary school in Barnet and went on to complete my Bachelor’s in International Politics at City University in Islington.
I have been a consultant for over 3 years now and what I love most about my job is it gives me the opportunity to network with professionals locally in London, talking about the exciting things going on in not only our partner schools but also the areas they are located in (my favourites being Newham & Hackney)!
What has helped me successfully support schools is getting to know my candidates beyond their title and my schools beyond their Ofsted rating, allowing me to bring like-minded candidates and school leaders together.
Outside of Vision, I love travelling, anything outdoors, and having brunch with friends on a Sunday!
Nahid will be on Maternity leave from Monday 30th October 2023.
After returning from 5 years of working and living abroad, I started to work with SEND students as a Teaching Assistant. I quickly discovered my passion for Education, and continued to apply this as I moved my career into the recruitment field.
Nothing is more important to me than finding the right educator for every child. I have a wealth of experience in sourcing skilled candidates to support in Specialist Primary, Secondary and Further Education settings across South London.
My aim is to ensure that all of my schools, and teachers alike, feel cared for and supported throughout their journey with Vision Teaching.
