- About us
Having worked in education recruitment for more than 14 years – I am incredibly proud of the way our staff strive for excellence both for the schools we supply and the candidates who represent us.
We have a great team of achievers and the desire to continually improve.
Education staffing is under incredible pressure and our ability to handle that pressure is a product of our values.
In my spare time I enjoy a lot of cricket and watching England struggle on the sporting field. Shame about CWC19!
Over our twelve-year history we have seen a lot of change within the education market. I am proud of how we have adapted and accommodated in these times, continuing to support our educators and partner schools.
People are the heart of our business. With great teamwork and a lot of fun, every day’s enjoyable and brings something new. Thanks to the efforts of our people and candidates we have been able to supply a wider area of schools, growing in knowledge allowing us to deliver on our promise of a first rate service.
Our ambitions for the future are big, we aim to redraw the lines within education recruitment and remove some of that negative stigma agencies have.
Based in the city, we hope everyone feels welcome to stop by for a drink and a chat.
I love working in education recruitment, after 15 years it’s still amazing to help people around me find opportunities for educators to make a difference in schools & ultimately positively influence pupils on a daily basis.
It only takes one person to inspire a child to grow up & be best they can!
In my spare time I am involved in a local children’s charity that provides additional help and support to children and I am former formula woman racing driver, who loves music, all things marvel & being a mum!

I absolutely love the multicultural diversity in London and love that our schools are reflective of this.
I joined Vision Teaching in 2018 after working similar roles in the recruitment industry, mainly dealing with the compliance.

Interesting story… I had a bus crash into my house…

I am a Londoner born and bred and love everything about my city! I went to primary school in Brent, attended secondary school in Barnet and went on to complete my Bachelor’s in International Politics at City University in Islington.
I have been a consultant for over 3 years now and what I love most about my job is it gives me the opportunity to network with professionals locally in London, talking about the exciting things going on in not only our partner schools but also the areas they are located in (my favourites being Newham & Hackney)!
What has helped me successfully support schools is getting to know my candidates beyond their title and my schools beyond their Ofsted rating, allowing me to bring like-minded candidates and school leaders together.
Outside of Vision, I love travelling, anything outdoors, and having brunch with friends on a Sunday!

Having worked in education recruitment for the last 5 years – I have learned what it takes to provide the highest quality of service to secondary schools across London. Being a father of two I am very passionate about education and the foundation it sets for the next generation, including the opportunities it can create for those in disadvantaged circumstances. Growing up in Southeast London, I believe it is imperative to give back to your community as a child is never raised by a lone person, but by a village.

I have been in recruitment for over 8 years, covering all aspects within the education sector, but specializing in Special Education Needs. I have a real passion for helping the schools I work with to ensure they have the best possible staff working. In my own career I have placed all kinds of educators, from LSAs to Headteachers. I have benefited from being invited to do numerous volunteer days, which I thoroughly enjoy as I gain a real feel for my schools. It also helps me to gain an appreciation of what makes your context unique and special. I am so excited to have the chance to lead this brilliant team at Vision and hopefully I will have a chance to meet you very soon.

Coming from a family where I have 2 uncles who have cerebral palsy and PMLD, my passion for SEN was born since I was a little girl. It is extremely important to try and understand individuals who have special needs and very rewarding to go about helping those who need that extra bit of support.
After completing my Law degree at the University of Essex, I started to work with ASD pupils as an ABA tutor. I very much enjoyed working with my students and they also taught me so much that despite how challenging it can be, it is also rewarding it is to see them develop and blossom by simply trying to understand them to work effectively with them.
I aim to help every child who has special needs so to achieve this, I decided to help schools by providing them with exceptional educators with the relevant skills and attributes. I have been working in the industry for over 5 years now and will go beyond to support schools wherever I can. I have raised over £10,500 for extra support for SEN pupils and work with an extraordinary company Vision Teaching.

I’d wanted to be a teacher for years, but after a large consensus and a hefty amount of advice from my peers and role models, I chose a career that was education-adjacent instead. I am extremely ardent about doing the best I can for the education industry and doing my part so that no student with dyslexia is left feeling like they are worthless after an English lesson, or a student with ADHD thinks they are stupid for struggling with maths.
I also enjoy working with Classics teachers as it means I get to natter about my specialist subject – the Golden Era of Latin Literature.
In my spare time I like to cook poultry, watch and discuss cinema, and push my body to the limit with extreme shallow diving.
