Vision Teaching was established in February 2007 by our owners, Daniel and Craig who set Vision up to be a different type of educational recruiter – one that was committed to excellent customer service and building long-term relationships. We are one of the last established, independent recruitment companies in London. Throughout that time we have filled over 400,000 bookings, successfully placed almost 10,000 people into roles and worked with over 1,000 schools.
We solely focus on London, attracting and retaining quality teaching staff so that we can make a real difference to pupils in our partner schools. We proactively recruit for all teaching and senior leadership positions.
We intelligently match teachers to schools to provide a recruitment service that adds value, even when providing temporary cover. Here at Vision Teaching we work with hundreds of schools all over London who rely on us to help cover their recruitment needs. Our role is to help you gain experience in a range of schools, whilst developing your career and genuinely making a difference to the schools you work in.

We believe in providing schools with quality candidates who support high standards, ensure educational effectiveness and help raise attainment in school. In order to provide our schools with such staff, we have a dedicated candidate relationship team, solely responsible for recruiting the best quality candidates for our partner schools. They take the time to fully understand your individual wants and needs, so that our specialist consultants can intelligently match you to the right school.

At first you are fully supported by a member of our candidate relationship team, who will take you through your initial registration and ensure that our dedicated staff can find you work. Once we’ve had a chat with you over the phone, we’ll invite you to visit our offices at Tower 42, so that you can meet the Vision Teaching team and complete your registration with us. It’s important that we meet and that you have the opportunity to get to know who you’ll be working with. This will also help us understand what you’re looking for and how we will work together.
