        Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EYFS Teacher to join the outstanding team in September 2024. This full-time position requires a practitioner with a thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and a passion for early years education. The ideal candidate will have the skills to inspire and nurture our youngest learners, setting the foundation for their future success.

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
        • Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
        • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, tailoring learning activities to meet the needs of each child.
        • Work collaboratively with colleagues, particularly within the EYFS team, to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
        • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community to support each child's development.
        • Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your practice and contribute to the school's outstanding status.
        • Support the inclusive ethos of the school, including collaboration with the ASD base staff to ensure all children’s needs are met.


        • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant experience in EYFS.
        • Outstanding knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and best practices in early years education.
        • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
        • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
        • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
        • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative and supportive school environment.
