        We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated General Teaching Assistants to join our team across various primary schools in Southwest London. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of young learners.

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across all primary key stages.
        • Assist in the planning and preparation of learning activities.
        • Work with small groups and individual pupils to provide targeted support, helping to raise attainment levels.
        • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
        • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
        • Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies.
        • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as required.

        Requirements:

        • Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
        • Proven track record of raising attainment in a school setting.
        • Experience working across all primary key stages (EYFS, KS1, and KS2) is highly desirable.
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
        • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
