Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across all primary key stages.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of learning activities.
- Work with small groups and individual pupils to provide targeted support, helping to raise attainment levels.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
- Proven track record of raising attainment in a school setting.
- Experience working across all primary key stages (EYFS, KS1, and KS2) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
