        Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting new opportunity in Kingston? We have an excellent position available for a Full-Time KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team in a well-established school, starting after the February half term. If you have previous experience in a similar role and are passionate about supporting young learners, we want to hear from you!

        The Role: As a KS2 Teaching Assistant at our school, you will play a crucial role in supporting the education and well-being of the Key Stage 2 children. You will work closely with the class teacher, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment, and providing tailored support to students with various learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:

        • Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
        • Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional help.
        • Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
        • Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
        • Encouraging students to reach their full potential academically and socially.

        Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

        • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting (essential).
        • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
        • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
        • The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
        • A commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
        • A relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
