We are seeking a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our committed team. In this role, you will be working closely with a child diagnosed with ASD, providing crucial support and assistance to help them thrive academically and socially.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing tailored strategies to support the child's learning and development.
• Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assisting with the child's personal care needs as required.
• Monitoring and recording the child's progress, communicating effectively with parents and other professionals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with children with ASD or similar SEN.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and well-being.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A relevant qualification in education or SEN (desirable but not essential).
