I'm seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join teams across several primary schools in Kingston upon Thames. These roles are integral to providing the necessary support to children with SEN, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1:1 and Group Support: Work closely with individual children and small groups to provide tailored support that meets their unique needs.
- Collaborative Approach: Partner with the school SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and class teachers to implement effective learning strategies and interventions.
- Holistic Development: Foster a nurturing environment that promotes both academic and social-emotional growth.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and report on the progress of children you support, adapting your approach as needed to ensure continued development.

- Proven experience in supporting children with SEN, particularly those with Autism and ADHD.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to working with children who have additional needs.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with staff, parents, and external professionals.
