We are working with a vibrant primary school looking for teaching assistants in EYFS and KS2. The children are at the heart of every decision they make. They have an engaging and creative curriculum in place, delivered by a dedicated team of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reflect on and develop own practice
- Team player who will make a positive contribution to the school team
- Can deliver engaging learning
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Provide one-on-one support to children where required
- Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience working within a classroom (EYFS- KS2)
- Knowledge: Understanding of the National Curriculum
- Desirable: Experience working with children in a school setting.
