        Are you a passionate and experienced Key Stage 2 teacher ready to make a positive impact on the learning journey of Year 6 childre? If so, I have an excellent opportunity for you to join a thriving two form entry school based in Kingston Upon Thames. 

        Position: Year 6 Class Teacher

        Location: Kingston upon Thames

        The Role: As the Year 6 Class Teacher, you will be an integral part of their committed team, guiding and inspiring childrn in their final year of primary education. This is a full-time position, covering the Year 6 class, and the successful candidate will play a key role in preparing students for their SATs.

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver creative and inspiring lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 6 students.
        • Prepare for SATs: Utilise your previous Key Stage 2 experience to effectively prepare students for their SATs, ensuring they reach their full potential.
        • Assessment and Feedback: Implement ongoing assessment strategies to track student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
        • Parental Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers through effective communication about students' progress and achievements.
        • Classroom Management: Create a positive and stimulating learning environment, promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and active engagement.
        • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall success of the school community.

        Qualifications:

        • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
        • Previous Key Stage 2 teaching experience is essential.
