We are currently working with a challenging and rewarding role starting from January 2020. We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
The role is a part time role, 3 mornings per week working on Wednesdays, Thurdays and Fridays.
You will be supporting a child with extremely difficult behaviour, who needs emotional support. You will work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to implement positive behaviour management strategies.
Ideally, you will need to have experience within a similar role and have strong behaviour management strategies. Also, you will have a firm but fair approach with a nurturing personality.
