An opportunity has arisen to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant in one of our outstanding Primary schools based in Waltham Forest , from the start in the new year.
The role is split between doing small intervention groups in the morning, and working as a 1:1 with a child who has ASD in the afternoon. This supportive School aim to inspire, challenge and motivate pupils where the highest aspirations and expectations are held by all associated with the School.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a confident, up-beat Teaching Assistant who has the patience to work at a tailored pace to support pupils with special educational needs. Prior experience working with special needs pupils is desired but completely essential if you possess a proactive and team player attitude.
The school is looking to have trials in the coming weeks so please apply ASAP.
