Key Responsibilities are:

• Business Support through:
  • Contract writing
  • Administrative assistance
• Matching candidates to available roles through
  • Understanding the position requirements
  • Liaising with the sales team
  • Knowing the requirements of each candidate
• Developing candidate relationships through excellent customer service
  • Grow the vision teaching brand
  • Ongoing relationship management and customer service
  • Focus on our growth sectors such as LT with SLT, NQT & Graduate recruitment in Secondary SEND & Primary
  • Pro-active recruitment within our partner boroughs of Haringey and Havering
• Compliance Tasks and Safeguarding Vetting of Candidates
  • Vetting all candidates’ documents such as Right to Work, Enhanced DBS Certificates, Qualifications, ID, Proof of address etc.
  • Chasing and obtaining all outstanding candidate documentation
  • Data entry onto the CRM
  • Uploading documents to the CRM
  • Applying and submitting DBS checks
  • Performing qualification verification checks
  • Chasing and obtaining references in line with Apsco Compliance+ standards
  • Performing DBS Update Service checks in line with Apsco Compliance+ standards
  • Managing any documentation that may be due for expiry e.g. Right to Work and DBS’s
  • Review of candidate’s files to ensure they meet continued suitability for ‘online’ status
  • Providing external references to 3^rd parties
  • Dealing with candidate queries confidently and professionally
  • Clearing candidate’s files in a time efficient manner, in line with legalisation and Apso’s Compliance+ standards
  • Assisting in the preparation for the annual Apsco Compliance+ Audit
  • Assisting the sales team with high priority candidates
