Early Years Teaching Assistant

EYFS Teaching Assistant – Wandsworth

Vision teaching are working in partnership with a local primary school, looking to hire a Teaching Assistant to work full- time with a pupil in Early Years. This role will be commencing on 19^th April 2022 and will be running till then end of the academic year 2022. The role will be working with a pupil on a 1:1 basis, as well as providing general assistance in the Early Years provision.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience with EYFS and/or SEND – either professionally or personally e.g. a family member
• Be resilient and confident with challenging behaviour
• Have a nurturing personality and be non-judgemental
• Be able to follow instructions and be pro-active
• Adhere to the school safeguarding policies
• Have a passion to work with children
• Previous experience working in a Primary School is desired but not essential

This school is an Ofsted graded ‘GOOD’ primary school, with a support and hands-on SLT. Our client is a medium, modern primary school with a population of around 350 pupils, situated in the Wandsworth making it easily accessible from the surrounding areas, with great transport links.
