      This is a great opportunity to join APSCo’s recruitment company of the year and build a successful desk with our help, support and training. Working as a recruitment consultant, you’ll attract candidates by job boards, networking, headhunting and through referrals. You’ll screen candidates, interview them, ensure compliance checks and finally match them to suitable clients.

      • Drive your desk forward and look at new ways to grow the business, improve revenue and margin and identify future growth opportunities
      • Implement a business development plan that expands the company’s client base and market presence
      • Support and drive the candidate Led ethos, liaising with resource to ensure full communication and pro-active in finding candidates for schools
      • Provide your schools with a can-do atmosphere and a positive manner
      • Achieve the individual targets of days, GP, visits and conversions
      • Maximise every booking that comes into your team and develop client relationships by cross selling, up selling and looking at new opportunities to drive revenue
      • Identify PSA / MAT / LA opportunities in order for the company to develop their business
      • Help to organise CPD & candidate events for the branch
      • Maintain awareness of the market, trends and competitors

      Ensure high levels of customer service are given to schools and candidates

      Drive candidate lead process

      This is a full billing role & growing the business b by using your experience, knowledge and expertise to affect the your desk’s performance

      • Ensuring high levels of candidate communication to provide effective matches to your schools
      • Business development of your schools to identify opportunities and match suitable candidate
      • Have a candidate led ethos to providing schools effective recruitment solutions
      • Lead by example to create a culture of positively and success and be a role model for the company
      • Uphold professional standards and work within the Vision brand
      • Running your desk efficiently to ensure target is achieved
      • This role reports to the Team leader who has overall responsibility for the branch
      • The role requires maturity and persuasiveness in order to have an impact on maximising sales output (i.e. recruiting and retaining clients and candidates and matching them up profitably)

      Through managing performance you will influence, grow and develop your desk.

      • Better understand support opportunities within schools to increase the % of support business for your desk
      • Develop and grow the existing client base to increase team days through business development, ultimately increasing the spends of existing clients
      • Convert 10 new schools per term
      • Team to increase conversion rate of newly online candidates in branch
      • Ensure targets are met regarding quality of school visits
      • Achieving termly target
