Vision Teaching are recruiting for a Year 2 Teaching Assistant to work in a 3-form entry primary school located in Brent. This position is a full-time role starting in April.

The school is a dynamic primary school with friendly and supportive staff.

The position

• Helping pupils access the curriculum through dedicated support in small groups
• Join a hardworking and dedicated team of practitioners
• Making and creating resources
• Supporting the needs of students with special educational needs and disabilities
• To work alongside and learn from a talented and supportive team of teachers
• To develop communication skills
• Adapt techniques to suit learners
• To monitor and track pupil progress
• Take on feedback to continually improve your practice

Ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a Year 2 class.
• A confident manner and will be able to adapt well to different situations
• A genuine passion for working with students and raising attainment
