We are ideally looking for candidates who are recent graduates, just starting out with their career in education, or have a background outside of a school environment working with children but want to take their first steps working in a school environment.
Vision Teaching is currently working with a three-form-entry Primary school in Romford that is looking for several Teaching Assistants to join them ASAP. All positions available will be working across KS2 classes.
The school is Ofsted rated Good with outstanding qualities, you will be working 1:1, doing small group interventions, or as a general teaching assistant. The contracts will be for at least one academic year with the view of continuing the following academic year
The school has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and over the years they have mentored several TAs to go on to complete their teacher training. This school likes to promote from within and offer all their staff the best platform and foundations to learn and grow, they encourage staff to be the best they can be.
