Learning Mentors/ Teaching Assistants Needed – Merton

Vision Teaching are looking for experienced support staff to join a fantastic school who are looking to expand their support pool for the new year. The school have identified a need to provide additional support staff for each of their year groups in order to help their students achieve their full potential. You will be required to work with the children in groups or on a one to one basis and get them engaged back in the classroom.

* Supporting students 1:1 with core subjects
* Assessing pupils levels and ability
* Differentiating work based on students needs and abilities
* Preparing, planning and marking work
* Behaviour management
* Ensuring the schools ethos and policies are being implemented
* Liaising with parents and carers
