A ‘good’ 1 form entry Primary School in Bromley is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to start in September 2022. You will be assisting the class teacher by helping the identified student(s) to learn as effectively as possible, both independently and in different group situations with children who have either Autism or ADHD.
The SEN Teaching Assistant would be expected to work with pupils on a one to one basis, in addition to assisting within group sessions. You will be mainly working in Years 4 and 5 so experience of the KS2 curriculum is desirable but not essential. The school are open to the right candidate working mornings only.
The Primary School have a strong focus on outdoor learning and keeping the pupils fit and healthy by incorporation sports into the children’s life, as much as possible. The school also have a small well-resourced special educational needs provision so if you have experience within this setting then please apply ASAP.
