Premises Manager

Vision teaching are looking for an experienced premises manager to join a thriving Primary school based in Islington, North London

We are looking for an experienced Premises Manager to join our team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills to ensure that our site is managed and maintained to a high standard. The post holder will be flexible, a professional self-motivated manager with a “Can do” attitude committed to delivering excellence. The role requires the post holder be available to open and/or close the school working with the Premises Officer.

You will:

• Be friendly, well presented and professional
• Show initiative
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have experience of premises management including practical experience and have a flexible approach with the ability to prioritise and adapt.
• Have knowledge of a range of skills and an understanding of health and safety issues which are an essential requirement for this post.
• Have a good sense of humour
• Have previous experience in a similar role
