Vision Teaching are working with a number of schools around SW London and there is a huge need for flexible supply staff to cover abscences.

Short term primary teacher roles are currently available, with the possibility of the role developing into long term for the right candidate. The role requires to work with pupils aged 7-11, teaching them the relevant curriculum. Bringing an innovative and engaging atmosphere to the classroom is essential.

As a KS2 primary teacher you will be required to build a good rapport with the students whilst maintaining a high standard of control and discipline. Developing the pupils confidence and subsequently raising their attainment level within then relevant Key Stage. Strong communication skills are required to work well with other staff throughout the school. Be willing to adopt and assist with the everyday running of the school.

It would be valuable if the right candidate has knowledge and experience working with KS1 and the transition into KS2.
