Primary Teacher – Guaranteed Work

Vision Teaching are looking for qualified teachers to join our Guaranteed Work Agreement (GWA) to support primary schools in South London. Due to the increased demand for teachers, we are looking for flexible and committed educators to join our team offering day-to-day and short-term cover to our amazing primary schools – if we can’t find you work, you still get paid!

What our Guaranteed Work Scheme offers:

• Guaranteed daily teaching work in primary schools in London
• Guarantee of being paid if we can’t find you work,
• Pre-booked work available
• A variety of teaching experience in EYFS, KS1 or KS2,
• The simplicity and ease of working for one agency,
• Competitive pay starting from £135 – £150 per day depending on experience

The scheme is perfect for those looking to increase their experience such as ECTs or those recently qualified as the GWA offers a variety of teaching experience across the primary curriculum. Similarly, those that are looking for regular work from a single agency or looking for a flexible work life balance are encouraged to apply to our scheme.

In return we are looking for qualified practitioners willing to give Vision Teaching exclusivity to their availability, making themselves available for work for up to 4 days a week and willing to travel to schools across South London. Being flexible and adaptable to different key stages is essential with the willingness to teach across the primary curriculum.
