Vision Teaching are currently looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants with experience supporting individuals diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Conditions for a KS1 position in a mainstream Primary school in Southwest London.
The school provides a structured and supportive environment to help meet the personal and academic needs of pupils at each stage of their schooling. We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled individuals dedicated to making a real difference in pupils lives and be their champion!
Our ideal candidate will be nurturing, adaptable, a good communicator and have a cheerful disposition and respond calmly under pressure.
The successful candidate will have a varied role, which involves supporting the teacher in all aspects to ensure that pupils receive the most effective support. You will be able to demonstrate a practical, hands-on approach to supporting teaching and be prepared to go above and beyond.
The role is ideally starting after the half term, but the school will be flexible for the right person and would like to meet applicants and have you trial for a half day. This gives you both a chance to interact and see if you are the right fit for them and they are the right school for you.
