Y1 Teacher, Kingston, September

I am working with a lovely 3 form school in Kingston who are looking to recruit for a full time Y1 Teacher to start in September 2022.

The school itself is located just a short journey from Kingston town centre, there is excellent transport links to and from the school, unfortunately the school doesn’t have much parking on site but there are a few roads near the school that offer free park. The Head and SLT have been at the school for a number of years, staff retention at the school is excellent, as they have stable leadership in place they have created a wonderful environment for staff and children, the curriculum is engaging and caters for all children with a variety of learning abilities.

The school have top notch facilities for both children and staff, they have a number of intervention rooms and outside play areas for children who may struggle academically or children who have additional needs.

I am looking for s Teacher with previous KS1 experience of at least one year you must have sound KS1 curriculum knowledge and a proven track record of raising attainment, you must be confident and competent on delivering phonics and must have a ‘can do’ attitude and positive energy.
