Y4 class teacher, Croydon School, Easter start date

A Primary School based in Croydon is in need of a dynamic and motivated Y4 Teacher who can lead the classroom successfully from April 2022 till at least July 2022, with the view of continuing into September 2022.

Recently receiving a ‘GOOD‘ OFSTED grading, this is a faith based Primary School which aim to promote inclusivity and encourage personal progression. This School has long standing of staff, with a core Senior Leadership Team made up of the Head Teacher, the Deputy Head and the Assistant Head, the most senior staff at the school have been with at the school for almost 25 years, the Head has also shared that the SLT operate an open-door policy in order to promote staff well being within the school.

The role itself will cover core responsibilities which include delivering the national curriculum, along with planning and preparing lessons for the Summer Term, you’ll be given PPA time once a week and will be working alongside an experience KS2 team

The class has 30 pupils with one child in the class on an EHCP, they have a 1:1 TA supporting them. There is a general TA who works across both Y4 classes.
