The School
A primary school in Wimbledon have contacted Vision Teaching in order to supply a temporary full-time teacher to work 5 days a week from the end of January until the end of the academic year. This role is a great opportunity for any experienced Key Stage 2 teacher who is looking for their next full time teaching role. The Head Teacher is looking for a committed practitioner who can work collectively with the rest of the staff in school. You must have a track record of raising attainment in Key Stage 2.
The role
The role will include teaching a class of 27 pupils with a high percentage of children not reaching their age-related expectations. The main teaching target would be to prepare the children and to raise their attainment leading up towards their transition into Secondary School. You will need to have good curriculum knowledge and be able to deliver high quality lessons.

- QTS qualification or equivalent
- Key Stage 2 National Curriculum knowledge
- Recent experience working alongside children in Key Stage 2
- A hard-working and committed attitude to raising standards in the class room.
