It’s a busy and exciting time for us at Vision Teaching. We have grown by 100% in the last three years and even won recruitment company of the year! We are now working with over 95 more schools and have increased demand for our recruitment services to schools. As a result, we need the right people to help support our growth and achieve even more in the coming years.
Vision Teaching is one of the most established education recruitment companies in London, having been created in early 2007. Fast forward almost 16 years and we are proud to have long-standing members of staff and an experienced team of recruiters with an average of 12 years of service. This experience helps us create a fantastic working environment that is fun and rewarding. To stay at the top of our game, we know that it takes hard work from our people which is why we believe in ensuring they are rewarded well.
While we know how to have fun, we also take our role as recruiters very seriously to ensure we can consistently make great matches for both our candidates and clients.
We are expanding our team in our offices in Tower 42 in the heart of London. If you want your next career move to be the right one and one that can help you make a difference, then this is why you should think about joining the Vision Teaching Team:
In addition to healthy commissions and holiday leave, we believe that hard work should be rewarded which is why you’ll find free fruit baskets in the office and our fridges are fully stocked with lots of goodies.
We also offer the opportunity throughout the year to win amazing prizes which include a director’s lunch to the South of France, trips to Las Vegas, Friday drinks & lots more. At Vision Teaching, we are more than a team, we are a family. We love socialising and rewarding our staff with Christmas parties, lunches, dinners, team-building activities and anything else that’s fun.
Over the past 18 months, we have donated over 200 hours of our time to deliver food parcels to families in need throughout London, we have donated over £3,000 in food parcels and 6,000 Christmas meals for the Felix Project.
We have also donated over £75,000 worth of laptops & devices for disadvantaged pupils, and £7,500 for school resources, on top of providing mental health training in the classroom. We believe in giving back to the community and offer at least one day a year fully paid to volunteer at a charity of your choice.
We keep our core values at the heart of all we do and surround ourselves with people that are aligned with them and share our passion for education recruitment.
We are quirky, individual, unique and proud of it! We are at our best when we are free to be ourselves and show our real characters and personalities. We like to challenge the status quo and find better and more adventurous ways to do things and always show our entrepreneurial spirit.
We never give up, we believe in what we do, and we know that with persistence, we can all achieve things we never thought were possible, in both our professional and personal lives. We go above and beyond of what’s expected of a recruiter, always demonstrating our sector knowledge, advising the best we can to provide a market-leading service and be the best in London!
We align our company with our Partners and Educator’s values, the values of a school. We work ethically, giving back to the community to support pupils, we are passionate about supporting the education sector and the positive impact we have getting involved with the community, our educators and our partner schools.
Together, we can achieve something greater than working individually. As a cohesive team we work hard to support each other to provide an empowered way of working to promote a sense of achievement, equity and camaraderie, essential for a motivated workplace, so that everyone feels valued, respected and supported. We consider our educators and schools are important parts of our team, we can only be a great business if we work together.
