Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Hounslow, West London
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of tailored lessons for students with special educational needs.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students in and outside of the classroom.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
• Support students in their social and emotional development.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to implement individual learning plans.
• Help monitor and track student progress.

• Graduates welcome! No prior experience is required, but a passion for working with children and an interest in special education is essential.
