Having worked in education recruitment for more than 14 years – I am incredibly proud of the way our staff strive for excellence both for the schools we supply and the candidates who represent us.

Education staffing is under incredible pressure and our ability to handle that pressure is a product of our values.

In my spare time I enjoy a lot of cricket and watching England struggle on the sporting field. Shame about CWC19!

Over our twelve-year history we have seen a lot of change within the education market. I am proud of how we have adapted and accommodated in these times, continuing to support our educators and partner schools.

I love working with schools! Aged 19, I walked into an Education Recruitment branch in Croydon and asked for a job as a consultant….and luckily they said yes! I’m still working within Education Recruitment over 20 years later, which is really scary when I think about it…

Outside of work, I’m an AFC Wimbledon fan and I have a passion for sport in general; I’ll play or watch anything competitive to the point my family refuse to go bowling with me!! I love spending quality time with my daughter and squeezing in a great holiday in the sun (when I can)!

I made a random career change a number of years ago and have not looked back!

I have used my experience and life skills to build a very successful desk. I am tenacious, dependable and a man of my word.

My open and honest personality has really enabled me to build fantastic relationships with both my candidates and schools.

I have worked in the recruitment industry now for 15 years and 6 of those years have been in Education recruitment.

I specialise working with Primary schools in Haringey and Barnet and love placing Teachers and Teaching Assistants into schools and giving something back to the sector. I have built up some great relationships with both clients and candidates over the years and I after earning their trust I can count some as true friends.

Away from the hustle and bustle of recruitment I love watching and playing football although that has been cut down due to the birth of my lovely daughter – I wouldn’t have it any other way!!!

Hi, I am Jodie and I have been working in Education Recruitment since 2016. I specialise in the supply of Primary Teachers and support staff for schools in the boroughs of Bromley, Bexley, Lewisham and Greenwich. Living in the Southeast myself, I have built long standing relationships with both Candidates and Clients.

I offer a tailored service to my schools, teachers and support staff to ensure they get the right match every time and am passionate about helping candidates find their dream job.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy going to the gym and taking flying lessons.

After returning from 5 years of working and living abroad, I started to work with SEND students as a Teaching Assistant. I quickly discovered my passion for Education, and continued to apply this as I moved my career into the recruitment field.

Nothing is more important to me than finding the right educator for every child. I have a wealth of experience in sourcing skilled candidates to support in Specialist Primary, Secondary and Further Education settings across South London.

My aim is to ensure that all of my schools, and teachers alike, feel cared for and supported throughout their journey with Vision Teaching.
