We are one of the last established, independent recruitment companies in London. We solely focus on London, attracting and retaining quality staff so that we can make a real difference to pupils in our partner schools.

We proactively recruit for all school-based positions, prioritising staff with education-based experience, from leadership to qualified teachers and support staff, not just in the UK but all over the world.

A clear vision of total recruitment solutions for your school

We intelligently match educators to schools to provide a recruitment service that adds value, even when providing temporary cover. Here at Vision Teaching we work with hundreds of schools all over London, who rely on us to help cover their recruitment needs.

The UK’s tenth highest rated education recruitment agency

We believe in doing things the right way, building relationships based on understanding and respect. This is represented by Vision being in the Top 10 education recruitment agencies in the UK, with 9/10 on Rate My Teaching Agency, 4.6/5 on Facebook and 4.5/5 on Google.

Specialists in recruitment, partners in education

We are proud to be the recruitment partners of choice for two Local Authorities in London!

Haringey – We have worked with Haringey schools for over 12 years. We are the sole recruitment agency that works with Haringey Education Partnership to provide recruitment solutions to all Haringey schools. We pride ourselves on being part of the community within Haringey, from running recruitment open days, training events, interview days, social events to running football tournaments, to support school life in Haringey. We have also recently run an NAHT training course to headteachers and an exclusive NQT recruitment event.

Havering – We are excited to be working with Havering to provide the best quality candidates to work in schools throughout the borough. We regularly run training sessions, hold recruitment open days and you may even find us volunteering in schools! We are one of two agencies that are in charge of supplying the borough of Havering with high quality staff for schools, that make an educational impact whilst minimising costs and creating consistency in a borough that has previously suffered with teacher shortages. Each term we contribute back to the community to continue to improve schools in Havering.

Academies and Multi Academy Trusts – We work with leading academies across London to help manage their recruitment needs, to reduce costs and improve the quality and consistency of staff. We have helped schools recruit NQT’s, International teachers, SLT and experienced teachers and support staff to add educational impact, whilst providing an efficient service that speeds up the recruitment process saving schools thousands of pounds a year, which can be re-deployed into already stretched school budgets.

  • We donate to mental health projects for children
  • Our staff have paid time off to volunteer in schools or for children's charities

  • We provide free of charge CPD training programmes to enhance the performance of our educators in the classrooms

It’s not just about money

We want to be genuine partners in education, not just a company that provides a service. That means being present in the communities where we hope to make an impact.

As a company, we aim to be a catalyst, that’s why we run events like staff football tournaments to help you bring your team together in a novel way. We sort the logistics; the venue, the food and drink, the referees and your team even can win a prize to help your school!
