Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school on a 1-year fixed term agency contract.
About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in a nurturing learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role
