Schools started back on the 8th March and parents across the country let out a sigh of relief. Covid-19 is still with us though and Vision Teaching is supporting our schools and teachers with our health passport initiative
Working with schools we are fully aware that the health and safety of children and staff is a priority. Vision Teaching has invested in the development of health passports which are a game changer.
“Our health passport initiative gives our schools peace of mind in knowing the most recent negative test dates of our teaching staff” states Romilly Wakeling, Vision Teaching MD. “We have invested in new technology to update the existing health passports that are sent to school before a teacher commences work” she continued.
Each teacher or support worker that has been vaccinated will have their last negative test clearly stated on their health passport ensuring that schools have peace of mind.
Since we launched, the device appeal has continued to go from strength to strength. Vision Teaching has now received and donated over £50,000 of refurbished tech to schools.
“We’d just like to thank all of you who got involved” as Daniel Leigh, Co-Founder of Vision Teaching stated “lockdown has been so challenging for educators, parents and students alike, but the resiliency and generosity of the community has been staggering. We have been able to help pupils and schools. The appeal will continue until the Easter break and by then we hope that schools will be back”
