Vision Teaching is working in partnership with a nurturing and inclusive primary school in Blackheath to appoint a passionate Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a Year 3 Teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a love of learning in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the Year 3 National Curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports all pupils
- Use assessment effectively to track progress and adapt teaching accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and families to support pupils’ academic and personal development
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s values
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally as a Year 3 Teacher
- A nurturing, child-centred approach and strong classroom management skills
- A commitment to inclusive, high-quality education for all pupils
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
