Vision Teaching is working in partnership with a vibrant and welcoming 3-form entry primary school in Croydon, currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team for the 2025–26 academic year.
About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support class teachers with lesson delivery across a range of subjects
- Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, including those with SEN or EAL needs
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management and pupil engagement
- Gain first-hand experience in a supportive and collaborative setting
Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant Candidate
- A recent graduate (2:1 or above preferred) in any subject
- Passionate about education and making a positive impact on young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
- Previous experience with children (tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential
