        Are you a recent Graduate Teaching Assistant with a passion for education and working with children? Considering a future career in education as a Graduate Teaching Assistant? Vision Teaching is working in partnership with a vibrant and welcoming 3-form entry primary school in Croydon, currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team for the 2025–26 academic year.

        About the Role

        As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

        • Support class teachers with lesson delivery across a range of subjects
        • Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, including those with SEN or EAL needs
        • Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
        • Assist with classroom management and pupil engagement
        • Gain first-hand experience in a supportive and collaborative setting

        Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant Candidate

        • A recent graduate (2:1 or above preferred) in any subject
        • Passionate about education and making a positive impact on young learners
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
        • Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
        • Previous experience with children (tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential
