Are you a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Teacher looking to make a real impact in a nurturing and forward-thinking school? We are delighted to be working with a vibrant two-form entry primary school based in Barnet that is seeking an enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their KS1 team.

As a Year 1 Teacher you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to ensure all learners thrive.
• Work closely with the parallel Year 1 Teacher to share planning and best practice.
  Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including assemblies, trips, and events.
  Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports and parent meetings
• Uphold the school’s values and promote a culture of respect and achievement.

Requirements

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Experience teaching in KS1.
• Brings creativity, energy, and a nurturing approach to the classroom.
• Is committed to fostering a love of learning and high standards.
