We take our role as recruiters very seriously, which starts with our consultants profiling the needs of their partner schools and taking detailed requirements for opportunities. This ensures we are able to consistently make great matches, with the assistance of our bespoke CRM to ensure we are only recruiting and selecting the highest quality Educators, to provide the results pupils need to get the education they deserve.
Over the past 18 months we have donated over 200 hours of our time to deliver food parcels to families in need throughout London, we have donated over £3000 in food parcels and 6000 Christmas meals for the Felix project. We have also donated over £50,000 worth of laptop’s & devices for disadvantaged pupils, £7500 for schools resources, on top of providing mental health training in the classroom. We believe in giving back to the school communities we work with.

Our company’s mission statement is that every child needs a champion and it’s our strong belief that all children deserve a good education, and this can be achieved if they are provided with both academic & additional support tailored to their individual’s needs. It is as much about helping them on the academic side as it is working with an educator that inspires, engages and helps learning to come alive. We not only want our educators to help raise attainment, but we want them to give pupils a boost, a sense of achievement and improve their confidence and engagement in learning. Vision Teaching is also passionate about supporting the communities and children we work with to improve education by providing over £50,000 of laptops and devices to disadvantaged children in lockdown, providing over 6000 meals and food parcels to the Felix projects to support families across London, provide free CPD training for all educators and we are the only agency to provide subsided housing to educators in London.

We are the only education recruitment agency in London to offer subsided housing to teachers if they are re-locating to London.
