Position: Reception Teacher

Employment Type: Full Time (8:30-3:45)

Start Date: 7th January 2025

Salary:  Experience based salary, paid to scale

About Us:

We are working with a popular Primary School in Enfield. Who commit to develop highly effective, positive relationships with pupils that create teaching opportunities to bring the best out of the children in the school. They are currently looking for a strong Qualified Early Years Teacher to join their team for a January start.

 If you have at least 2 years’ experience, please read on!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver their creative curriculum.
• Engaging extensively in teamwork and utilising imaginative and creative ideas to bring teaching to life.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback accordingly.
• Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school.
• Responsibility for the personal development, learning and progress of all pupils in one of our two Reception Classes. 

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Qualified Early Years Teacher (QTS).
• Experience: Previous experience teaching EYFS and Reception.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework.
• Desirable: At least 2years’ experience in a UK based classroom
