 The Role:

• Main responsibility as a Nursery Manager is to oversee the day-to-day running of a school-based nursery setting within an independent bilingual school
• Manage and support a small team of staff
• Ensure EYFS standards and safeguarding practices are consistently met
• Communicate effectively with parents
• Manage inspections and reports
• As a manager you will foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for young learners

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and commitment to high standards in early education
• 1–2 years’ experience in a UK-based nursery or early years setting as a Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Manager (essential)
• Team player with some prior leadership or management experience
• English Russian bilingual or fluent or strong Russian speaking skills
• Other spoken languages would be an advantage
