        About Us:

        We are seeking an inspirational and passionate SEND Teacher to join an energetic team at a wonderful school in Ealing. The successful SEND Teacher will be committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for the children. This is a temp role for the full academic year. Experience working as a SEND Teacher or working with SEND is essential. The school is committed to inclusive education and providing all pupils with the opportunity to reach their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally.

        The Role:

        As SEND Teacher, you will:

        • Plan, deliver and adapt high-quality lessons to support children with a range of SEND needs within KS1
        • Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining detailed records and contributing to EHCP reviews
        • Foster a nurturing, supportive learning environment that promotes independence, confidence, and success

        What We’re Looking For:

        • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
        • Proven experience working with SEND
        • Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and adaptive teaching strategies
        • Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills
        • A warm, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching
