About Us:

We are working with a two-form entry school in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. ‘Service’ is at the heart of everything the school does. The school prides themselves on being fully inclusive. They are looking for a Year 3 Teacher for an ASAP start. The ideal Year 3 Teacher will be experienced, have strong behaviour management, SEN experience and confident with differentiation. Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work successfully as part of a team as a Year 3 Teacher
• Raise standards for all pupils, including underachieving and SEN pupils
• Promote positive behaviour conducive to learning, focused on raising standards
• Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback accordingly.
• Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• QTS or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ teaching experience
• Good understanding of the National Curriculum
• Prior experience as a Year 3 Teacher
• UK classroom-based experience
