We understand how important it is that every child has the ability to learn and we support EAL in the classroom through bilingual teaching assistants, EAL Support Workers and experienced TAs who creating an encouraging and motivational environment to learn
We work in partnership with your school to offer SATs booster sessions or one-to-one support to help pupils achieve the expected standard and beyond in reading and maths. Each session focusses on key elements that will enable pupils to effectively answer the comprehension-style questions that they would expect to find their SATs papers to help pupils with problem-solving and reasoning problems
We help maximise the effectiveness of PP from helping with classroom strategies to developing case studies to ensure every pound spent is adding value to pupils. Whether it’s on a one-to-one basis or in groups our specialists assist with reading, literacy and numeracy to help students catch up to levels of their peers, they can also assist with metacognition and self-regulation to boost confidence, reflection and increase learning outcomes
We provide specialists to help with phonics booster sessions, activities and even support with the phonics screening test. We can help bring phonics alive in the classroom to help teach phonics and ensure children are being taught to apply what they have learnt
Sometimes schools need additional support in literacy and numeracy, either on an individual basis or in groups, in or out of the classroom, to ensure the best progress from pupils, whilst responding positively and effectively to any unacceptable behaviour to increase achievement
Support pupils with behavioural, emotional and social development needs, providing consistent behaviour management strategies to help manage pupil behaviour by promoting the school’s behaviour management policy or student social and emotional development by being a positive role model and offering mentoring where needed
