        It’s a busy and exciting time for us at Vision Teaching.  We have grown by 100% in the last three years and even won recruitment company of the year! We are now working with over 95 more schools and have increased demand for our recruitment services to schools. As a result, we need the right people to help support our growth and achieve even more in the coming years.

        Vision Teaching is one of the most established education recruitment companies in London, having been created in early 2007.  Fast forward almost 16 years and we are proud to have long-standing members of staff and an experienced team of recruiters with an average of 12 years of service.  This experience helps us create a fantastic working environment that is fun and rewarding.         We believe in giving back to the community

        Over the past 18 months, we have donated over 200 hours of our time to deliver food parcels to families in need throughout London, we have donated over £3,000 in food parcels and 6,000 Christmas meals for the Felix Project.

        We have also donated over £75,000 worth of laptops & devices for disadvantaged pupils, and £7,500 for school resources, on top of providing mental health training in the classroom.  We believe in giving back to the community and offer at least one day a year fully paid to volunteer at a charity of your choice.
